This New Zealand native Weta, emerged through the flames out of a burning log of wood.   Singed and hot, we doused it with water - a survivor indeed!  But then, Weta's are prehistoric creatures and they have outlasted the dinosaur.  We then feed the Weta - and audibly loud crunched through an apple core!
